FREE shipping for all orders

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. 

You will receive your order in 6-12 business days from the date that it is placed for most countries.

 

Verification within 24 hours

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified. With this sort of time frame, it makes it difficult for us to change or cancel your order, however, we will do our best to support your request.(Learn More about FAQ).

Processing 1-3 days

Once the order is placed, we gather the products and package them. The average processing time is 1-3 days, but it varies by product and the stock status. For some products or for larger-quantity orders, the processing time may be up to 5 business days. Once processed, the order is handed over for delivery. Please note that this does not include holidays and weekends.

You will be informed if an item in your order is not available for immediate shipment. Therefore, the order may be separated into different shipments (for no extra charge), and items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day.

Shipping 5-9 days in transit

Shipment takes 3-12 business days to arrive.

Note: P.O. BOXES & APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at the moment. Please make sure to write a detailed and valid shipping address while placing the order.

Brazil Orders: Shipping 15-25 days in transit

Shipment takes 15-25 business days to arrive due to customs long processing time.

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

In the event that UPS/USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, missing an apartment, suite, floor, etc., unsafe place to leave the package (driver’s discretion), incorrectly refused packages or otherwise, Cunny is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs levied by the courier. Similarly, Cunny is not responsible for the payment of re-shipping merchandise to the customer. In cases such as these, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery and is non-refundable.

SERVICE DELAYS 

Cunny is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances such as severe weather, natural disasters, train derailments, etc. We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays or other occurrences and the shipping fee is non-refundable. In cases such as these, please directly contact the courier with any inquiries about the status of your package: UPS at 1-800-742-5877| USPS at 1-800-275-8777.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Due to the high volume of packages we ship, we are not responsible for lost or stolen parcels. In the event a package is lost or stolen, either the receiver or Cunny will need to contact UPS to open an investigation. We are unable to move forward until the investigation is complete on UPS' end. Kindly note, in some cases, UPS may require a police report to open an investigation.

RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM

Please contact us immediately here or directly at service@cunny.store  if you received an incorrect item, so we can process your return request as soon as possible.

If the correct item is available, we will ship the the replacement, once the wrong item has been received for return by UPS.

If the correct item is not available, either store credit or refund will be issued once the returned merchandise is received and processed by our returns department (typically within 5 days of receipt of item)

We are unable to issue any form of credit without confirmation of the return by our Returns department.  You must use the Cunny UPS return label issued to be eligible for the store credit or refund.

Shipping time is estimated and commences from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order, and can take longer than expected date due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes such as bad weather.

Please email us within 5 weeks of shipment if the package does not arrive in time, our representative will get back to you within 24 hours.
