Timeframe for Returns Your satisfaction is important to us, and we accept return requests within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. To qualify for a full refund, ensure that the return shipment reaches us within 7 days of your return request submission.
If your order consists of multiple packages, the return window begins from the time of the final package delivery.
Final Sale Items Please note that the following items are final sale and cannot be refunded: swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products.
Shipping Charges While we aim to provide the best service, please understand that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Responsibility for Return Shipping Unless there was a shipping error or you received a damaged item, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Time Once we receive your returned package, please allow 5 - 7 business days for us to process your refund. We appreciate your patience during this time.
Return Packaging To ensure a smooth return process, kindly ship your return items in the original shipping carton or use an appropriate replacement carton. Items should be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. We reserve the right to deny returns if items do not meet our policy requirements. Please note that Special Price or Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.
Original Ship Date You can find the original ship date in your shipment confirmation email or your account's order history.
Processing Your Return Rest assured that we will thoroughly review your returned item. If approved, we will process your return within five business days of receiving it at our warehouse.
Refunds Upon processing your return, we will notify you via email. Depending on your financial institution, refunds generally post within 1-5 business days after processing, returning to your original form of payment. All refunds must be issued to the original form of payment, without exceptions.
Exchanges We regret that we cannot offer exchanges for unworn items. If you wish to exchange your item, please initiate a return and place a new order. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Received the Incorrect Item If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can expedite your return request. If the correct item is available, we will ship the replacement as soon as we receive the wrong item back from UPS. In cases where the correct item is unavailable and cannot be reordered, we will issue either store credit or a refund once we receive the returned merchandise and process it through our returns department (typically within 5 days of item receipt).
